Why can't I access resources?

If you're having trouble accessing Psychology Tools resources, there are a few common reasons.

Are you logged in?

Make sure you are logged in to your account.

  • Go to the login page.
  • Check that you are logged in as the correct account type (therapist or client).

If you are not logged in, you may not be able to access resources.

Are you using the correct account?

Therapist and client accounts are separate.

  • Therapists can access and share resources.
  • Clients can only access resources that have been shared with them.

If you are logged in as a client, you will not see the full library of resources.

Does your subscription include this resource?

Access to resources and features depends on your subscription.

  • Some plans include full access to resources.
  • Others may have limited access to certain features or content.

If you are unable to access a specific resource, it may not be included in your current plan.

Has your subscription ended?

If your subscription has lapsed:

  • You will no longer be able to access resources.
  • Your account access may be limited.
