OCD Diary

Obsessions are unwanted thoughts or images that pop into your mind and make you feel anxious or seem unacceptable. Compulsions are things you do to cope with your obsessions, like trying to prevent harm or making yourself feel better. When people experience obsessions and compulsions that significantly interfere with their lives, they are said to have obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

You can use this OCD Diary to monitor different aspects of your OCD. Recording this information will help you understand your OCD better, guide your treatment, and track your progress.

Overview

Self-monitoring of thoughts, feelings and symptoms is an essential skill for clients engaged in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Clients will find the OCD Diary helpful for recording symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). It includes space to record triggers, obsessions, emotions and compulsions.
