Payments and billing overview
Psychology Tools subscriptions are paid online and give you access to resources and features for the duration of your subscription.
How payments work
- Subscriptions are paid annually in advance.
- Payments are made online using a debit or credit card.
- Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel.
Managing your billing
To view or manage your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Billing page.
- Click Manage subscription.
From here, you can:
- View past payments.
- Download receipts.
- Update your payment details.
- Change your plan.
- Cancel your subscription.
Receipts and invoices
A receipt is issued for every payment. You can download receipts at any time from your billing portal.
Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are not available for subscription payments.
