What happens when my subscription ends?

Before your subscription ends, we will send you an email reminder so you have time to renew if you wish.

If you choose not to renew, your subscription will lapse at the end of your billing period.

After your subscription ends

• You will no longer be able to access Psychology Tools resources or features.
• Your account will remain active for a limited time.

Client data and retention

Your client data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends.

During this period:

• You may be able to regain access by renewing your subscription.
• Your client data is kept securely.

After 30 days:

• All client data is permanently deleted.
• This action cannot be undone.

Important

If you wish to keep any client records, make sure you export your data before your subscription ends or within the 30-day retention period.
