What happens when I send a resource to a client?
When you send a resource to a client, they receive access to it through their own Psychology Tools account.
Step 1: Client receives an invitation
If your client has not yet created an account, they will receive an email invitation.
- The email will prompt them to create their account.
- Once set up, they can log in at any time.
If your client already has an account, they can access the resource the next time they log in.
Step 2: Client accesses the resource
When you send a digital resource:
- The client receives access to the resource in their account.
- They can log in on their computer or mobile device.
- They can read, listen to, or complete the resource.
Step 3: Client completes the resource
If the resource includes interactive elements:
- The client can enter their responses directly.
- Their progress may be saved as they go.
- When they click Submit, the resource is marked as complete.
Step 4: You can review their work
Once the client submits the resource:
- You can view their responses in your account.
- You can access this from the Clients page under Completed resources.
- You can export the completed work as a PDF if needed.
Important
- Clients can only access resources that you have shared with them.
- Digital resources are completed within the platform.
- PDF resources are not saved within the platform if completed offline.
