If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or somebody else it is important to speak to someone straight away:

  • Contact your general practitioner (GP) or family doctor
  • Call 911 (USA)  / 999 (UK) / 112 (Europe) / 000 (Australia) or go to your local accident & emergency / emergency room
  • Speak to a friend and tell them how you are feeling
