I can’t add a team member

    If you can’t add a team member to your account the first thing to check is whether they already have a Psychology Tools account. If they do then you will need to contact us at [email protected]. The next thing to check is that you haven’t reached your license limit – if you have then you will have to reassign unused licenses, or purchase additional licenses by contacting support. We can add as many as you require and will be happy to invoice you pro-rata for the remainder of your subscription period.
